Last updated: 22 October 2026

These Terms explain the conditions for accessing and using this website. By selecting “Agree and continue” at the entry screen, you agree to these Terms. This website acceptance is not a subscription, investment, advisory or client agreement.

1. About this website

This website is operated by Knightsbridge Capital Markets Pte. Ltd. (UEN 201621967C), the Manager for CGAAF. It provides general information about the fund and its structure for eligible investors. These Terms apply to your access to and use of the website.

2. Eligibility and jurisdiction

CGAAF is not offered or marketed in Singapore, the United States or any country classified as restricted in the Private Placement Memorandum (the “PPM”). The Fund does not accept subscriptions from persons in those jurisdictions, and this website is not directed to persons there. The PPM contains the applicable definitions and restrictions.

Elsewhere, information about CGAAF is intended only for eligible professional, institutional or other investors who may lawfully receive it under the requirements applicable to them. You must not access or use this website where doing so would breach applicable law or an eligibility restriction. Viewing this website or sending an enquiry does not establish investor eligibility or entitle you to subscribe.

3. No offer, advice or guarantee

Nothing on this website is an offer, invitation or solicitation to buy or sell units or any other financial product, or investment, legal, tax or other professional advice. The information is general and has not been prepared for your particular objectives, financial circumstances or needs. You should obtain independent professional advice before making a decision.

Investment involves risk. No capital preservation, return, liquidity, tax treatment or other outcome is promised or guaranteed by this website.

4. Fund documents prevail

Website content is an explanatory overview only. The Private Placement Memorandum, Trust Deed, Investment Management Agreement, subscription documents, applicable supplements and other governing documents contain the binding terms, powers, rights and obligations relating to CGAAF. If website content differs from those documents, the governing documents prevail.

Nothing on this website changes or supplements a written agreement or governing document.

5. Permitted use and intellectual property

You may view and print limited website material for your own personal, non-commercial review. Except where permitted by law or authorised in writing, you may not copy, reproduce, adapt, publish, distribute, make available or commercially exploit this website or a substantial part of its text, design, layout, diagrams, photographs, illustrations, data, compilations, logos or other content. No licence to use the Fund’s or Manager’s names, marks or branding is granted.

You must not scrape, crawl, harvest, bulk-download, extract, index or store website content or data; create or contribute it to a database, dataset or model-training corpus; or use it to build a competing product or service, except where permitted by law or authorised in writing. These restrictions do not override rights or exceptions that cannot lawfully be restricted.

6. Visitor responsibilities and confidential information

You must use the website lawfully, avoid interfering with its operation or security, refrain from unauthorised access or malicious code, and not attempt to identify, collect, infer, copy or disclose personal data about other visitors. Do not submit another person’s personal data, confidential information, credentials, account details or financial records unless you have authority and a lawful basis to do so.

The public website does not provide access to client records or confidential client materials. If non-public information or client-engagement materials are provided separately under an NDA or other written restriction, you must use, copy, retain and disclose them only as that separate agreement allows. You must not reproduce or reuse any such materials for another purpose.

7. No client or confidential relationship

Viewing or accepting these website Terms, contacting us or receiving a response does not by itself create a client, investor, advisory, fiduciary or other service relationship, or a duty of confidentiality. Such a relationship arises only if and when the relevant parties enter into the applicable written agreements and the required approvals and onboarding are completed. Any separately signed NDA or governing document applies according to its own terms.

8. Third-party websites

Links to external websites are provided for convenience. We do not control or endorse third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices or terms. Your use of an external website is subject to that website’s own terms and policies.

9. Accuracy, availability and liability

We take reasonable care in preparing website content, but it may be incomplete, may change and may not reflect the latest information. The website and its content are provided for general information and may be changed, suspended or withdrawn without notice.

To the extent permitted by law, Knightsbridge Capital Markets Pte. Ltd. excludes liability for loss arising from access to or reliance on this website or its temporary unavailability. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on this page. The latest version applies from its stated effective date. These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you under applicable law.
