Investor submits an instruction
The investor proposes an allocation or transaction for their individual cell, within the rights set out in the fund documents.
Manager reviews the instruction
The Manager reviews it against the mandate, governing documents, due diligence and operational requirements.
Manager routes an accepted instruction
Where accepted under the governing documents and within the Manager’s authority, the Manager routes it to the Trustee and Fund Administrator for implementation.
Activity is recorded against the cell
The transaction and related administration are recorded against the relevant cell under the fund’s processes and governing documents.
Each party has a defined role. The investor submits instructions within their rights; the Manager reviews them; and the Trustee and Fund Administrator act within their respective authority. The governing documents determine what may be accepted and implemented.

Can I invest if I am in Singapore, the United States or a restricted country?
No. CGAAF is not offered or marketed in Singapore, the United States or any country classified as restricted in the PPM, and the Fund does not accept subscriptions from persons in those jurisdictions. The PPM sets the applicable definitions and restrictions. All other investors must also satisfy the Fund’s eligibility and onboarding requirements.

What is CGAAF designed to do?
CGAAF gives eligible investors a structured way to allocate capital across selected asset classes through an individual Investor Cell within the fund. Its objective is to support a long-term capital preservation strategy and help investors plan for the transfer of wealth to future generations.
How is the fund structured?
CGAAF is one fund with one sub-fund and multiple Investor Cells. Each investor’s allocation sits within their own Investor Cell. The Manager reviews investment instructions, while the Trustee and Fund Administrator oversee the fund’s administration and implement accepted instructions.
What is an Investor Cell?
An Investor Cell is the individual allocation assigned to an investor within CGAAF. It gives each investor a dedicated place to record their holdings, investment activity and results.
How is my Investor Cell kept distinct?
Each Investor Cell’s allocations, activity and results are recorded separately. This allows each investor’s portfolio to follow its own allocation strategy within the fund’s framework.
What types of assets can be held through CGAAF?
Depending on availability and the fund’s permitted investment scope, allocations may include Equities, Fixed Income, Deposits & Cash, Real Estate, Private Equity, Art & Collectables, Funds & Alternatives and other eligible asset classes.
Do I choose how my capital is allocated?
You can provide instructions on how you would like your Investor Cell to be allocated among eligible assets. The Manager reviews each instruction under the fund’s process. Accepted instructions are routed to the Trustee and Fund Administrator for implementation.
What does the Manager do?
The Manager reviews investor instructions and coordinates allocations within the fund’s framework. Where an instruction is accepted, the Manager routes it to the Trustee and Fund Administrator for implementation.
Where are the assets held?
Assets may be held through bank, brokerage and other arrangements associated with the relevant Investor Cell. The arrangements depend on the type of asset and how it is held.
What does the Singapore framework mean for investors?
CGAAF’s Trustee is based in Singapore and is licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) as a trust company. It carries out the trustee role and the fund-administration functions assigned under the governing documents.
What fees apply?
The fee schedule is set out in the Fees section.
Is the 5% minimum cash allocation a fee?
No. A minimum cash balance of 5% of each Investor Cell’s value is maintained at all times to help meet fund expenses and support liquidity. It is part of the Investor Cell’s allocation, not an additional fee.
Can I add to or withdraw capital from my Investor Cell?
You may request to add to or withdraw capital, subject to the fund’s dealing terms and the practical requirements for processing the request. Timing can depend on the assets held in the Investor Cell and the steps needed to complete a transaction.
Can I nominate someone to receive my wealth in the future?
The fund’s structure can support succession planning, including recording a nominated beneficiary where the fund’s procedures allow. The transfer will follow the applicable documents and verification process.
Who can invest in CGAAF, and what is needed to subscribe?
CGAAF is available to eligible investors. To subscribe, investors complete the subscription form and provide identification documents, information on both source of wealth and source of funds, and any other requested onboarding documents. Investors must also complete the fund’s anti-money laundering (AML) and verification procedures.
How long does onboarding take?
Onboarding typically takes 4–8 weeks, depending on the completeness of the application and supporting documents.
Does CGAAF guarantee returns or protect my capital?
No. CGAAF provides a structured way to allocate capital, but investment values can rise or fall. Capital preservation is an objective, not a guaranteed outcome.
